Welcome to my blog!

Hiya! You can call me Ker 
I will admit that I haven’t really thought of a specific topic for this blog, but I do know that I want it to help people. It will be mostly life tips, that will involve the following:
  • Healthy Eating  (including some links to my favorite recipes – yum!) 
  • Confidence Building & self esteem 
  • Coping with Anxiety & Stress
I hope you’ll stick around and be patient with me while I find my feet and get this thing up and running :)
