I will admit that I haven’t really thought of a specific topic for this blog, but I do know that I want it to help people. It will be mostly life tips, that will involve the following:
- Healthy Eating (including some links to my favorite recipes – yum!)
- Confidence Building & self esteem
- Coping with Anxiety & Stress
